This post has little to do with photography. In fact, the only thing slightly photo-related are, well, the photos. But today, I’m focusing on the subject.

In my eyes, he was a troubled and terribly mistunderstood man with the soul of a child. But this isn’t the place to discuss that- though we may all have different opinions on Michael Jackson’s personal life, I believe his music legacy speaks louder.

The death of an icon marks the end of an era. We lost an amazing singer, dancer, and performer, who cared about the world and actively tried to bring awareness to those listening to his songs.

Pop Music will never be the same.
